At Banshan Jiuli Teahouse, we are committed to providing our customers with a clear, fair, and worry-free return and refund process.
1. Return Period
- You may request a return or refund within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
- Requests submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.
2. Return Conditions
Tea Products
- Only unopened, unused products with intact packaging and labels are eligible for return.
- For food safety reasons, opened or used tea products cannot be returned or refunded.
Teaware & Accessories
Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
3.Conditions de remboursement
Si l’article retourné est conforme à l’état « neuf » décrit ci-dessus
(qu’il s’agisse de thé ou de théière), nous prendrons en charge tous les frais de retour et de remboursement.
- Les clients sont responsables du retour des articles par courrier avec suivi.
- Nous ne facturons pas de frais de restockage et ne déduisons pas de frais de traitement de retour supplémentaires.
- Après vérification du retour, le montant de la commande sera remboursé sur le compte de paiement initial du client.
