1. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please take clear photos and contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will assess the situation and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or refund.
2. All items are returnable within 30 days of receipt. Before returning, please contact our customer service to obtain the correct return address.
3. If the return is due to our error, we will pay for the shipping. If the return is due to personal reasons, the shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
Return Conditions (Tea Products)
Non-Quality Related Returns
For returns due to personal reasons (such as taste preference or no longer needing the product), items must remain in their original condition:
- Tea must be unopened and unused;
- Packaging must be intact, with all original labels included.
All return requests must first be approved by our customer service team before items can be sent back.
Quality Issues or Incorrect Items
If the product you receive has quality issues (such as damaged packaging, compromised contents) or you receive the wrong item, please contact our customer service team immediately and provide clear photos as proof. Once verified, we will provide you with the correct return address as quickly as possible, and we will cover the return shipping cost.
Situations Eligible for Return or Refund
You may request a return or refund under the following circumstances:
- You received the wrong item;
- The product was significantly damaged during transit or has clear quality issues;
- Tea ware products are defective or damaged (where applicable);
- For personal reasons you wish to return (please note: in this case, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and tea products that have been opened or used cannot be returned).
Return Process
To ensure a smooth and efficient return process, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Customer Service
Before returning an item, please contact our Customer Service team and provide your order number, product name, and reason for return. Our team will respond to your inquiry within 24 business hours.
2. Return Your Return
Once you have received the return address we provide, please return the item and provide proof of return, such as the tracking number and a copy of your shipping receipt.
3. Refund or Exchange
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you by email and process your order and issue a refund to your payment account within 7 days.
Important Notice
- Please do not send your return to the sender’s address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address that our customer service provide to you.
- Please make sure you don’t include non-BanShan items in your return package by accident. We will not be responsible for sending those items back to you.
- We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
Refund Policy
- -Any misprinted / damaged / defective items caused by our production or transportation are covered at our expense and you will get a full refund.And We will reimburse the return shipping cost
- -Your order will be fully refunded if it is cancelled before shipping.
- We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.
- -If parcels lost in transit, we will cover your loss by issuing a full refund
- -If you provide an address that the courier is not able to recognize, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address (if and as applicable).
- -If you provide a wrong address when you place an order and do not contact us to change the address, you will be responsible for all the loss.
- -Items returned with obvious use, makeup, animal hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains may be subject to denial and will not get a refund.
- Please note that processing of refunds can take up to 7 business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
