Banshan Jiuli Tea House, located in Xiamen, Fujian, China, specializes in producing Fuding White Tea and also offers a selection of practical tea ware. We combine traditional craftsmanship with modern standards to ensure that our tea retains its natural purity, authentic taste, and cultural heritage.

What We Sell

We primarily sell our own white tea, including Gong Mei, Shou Mei, Bai Mu Dan, as well as aged ancient tree white teas. In addition, we provide simple and functional tea ware to help customers better enjoy brewing and tasting tea.

How We Sell

Customers can browse and purchase products directly through our official website banshan.shop. We provide clear and transparent pricing and support PayPal as a secure payment method. After each order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation along with shipping and tracking information.

After-Sales Service

We offer a complete return and after-sales service:

• Return & Exchange Period: All products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt.
• Eligibility: Items must remain in their original condition (unused, unwashed, undamaged, with all tags and packaging intact).
• Quality Issues: If you receive an incorrect item or if the product is damaged during transit, please contact us immediately with photos. Our customer service team will respond within 24 hours, and we will provide a replacement or refund at no cost, including return shipping fees.
• Non-Quality Reasons: For returns due to personal reasons, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Return Process: Customers must first contact our customer service (via email/phone) to obtain the correct return address. Returns sent to the sender’s address on the package will not be accepted.

Shipping

• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
• Delivery Time: Once shipped, orders typically take 7–14 business days to arrive.
• Shipping Fees: Orders over $79 qualify for free shipping. Orders under $79 incur a flat fee of $5.99.
• Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery status.
• Notice: If an incorrect shipping address is provided, customers will be responsible for reshipment costs.
