General Information

We sincerely thank every customer and are committed to ensuring that your order is delivered quickly and safely. Below you will find the full process of your order, from payment confirmation to final delivery.

Please note: All product prices already include U.S. sales tax. You only need to pay for the product price and shipping fee, with no additional charges.

1. Order Verification

Once your order has been successfully paid through PayPal and authorized, we will verify it immediately. After verification, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details for your reference.

2. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and Chinese public holidays). Processing time may be longer during peak seasons or holidays.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship within the United States only.
  • We work with DHL, FedEx, and USPS, selecting the most suitable carrier based on product size, weight, and delivery address.
  • After processing, packages are usually delivered within 7–14 business days.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor the status of your package.

Shipping Fees:

  • Orders over $120 qualify for free shipping.
  • Orders under $120 incur a flat shipping fee of $14.99.

Delivery Time Example: If processing takes 1–2 business days and shipping takes 7–14 business days, the total delivery time will be approximately 8–16 business days.

4. Delivery

  • Please ensure that the shipping address provided is complete and accurate, and that someone is available to receive the package.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, the cost of reshipment will be the responsibility of the customer.

Customer Responsibility

  • Customers must provide accurate recipient details (name, address, phone number) when placing an order.
  • Any delays, additional costs, or returns caused by incomplete or incorrect information, or by failure to respond to courier or customs requests, will be the customer’s responsibility.
  • If a package is refused or not collected in time, shipping costs and related fees will not be refunded.

Possible Causes of Delay

Shipping may be delayed in the following situations:

  • Severe weather (heavy rain, floods, hurricanes, earthquakes, etc.)
  • Uncontrollable local factors (labor strikes, national holidays, major international events, etc.)
  • Seasonal demand causing limited flight availability or logistics staff shortages

Delay Handling

  • In the event of unavoidable delays, we will notify customers by email and provide updated tracking information.
  • If a package has not been delivered within 30 days, we will proactively contact the customer and offer two options:
  1. Free reshipment; 
  2. Full refund (including shipping fees).
  • Customers may choose the option that best suits their needs.
