Return Policy
  1. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please take clear photos and contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will assess the situation and may offer a replacement or a refund as appropriate.
  2. All products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt. Before sending any items back, please contact our customer service to obtain the correct return address.
  3. Returns can be dropped off at your local post office or you may arrange a collection by contacting them directly. Shipping costs will be reimbursed if the return is due to our error; for returns due to personal reasons, shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
 
Return Conditions:
  1. For returns not related to quality issues, please make sure the items are in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact. All return requests must be approved by our customer service team before you send anything back.
  2. If your item has a quality problem or you received the wrong product, please contact our customer service and provide clear photos showing the issue. Once we verify the problem, we will promptly provide you with the correct return address.
  3. You may request a return or refund in the following situations: (1) You received the wrong or damaged item(s) (2) The item(s) are faulty or defective (3) You simply do not like the item(s) (please note that in this case, return shipping costs are not reimbursed)
Return Process To ensure a smooth and efficient return, please follow these steps:
  1. Contact Customer Service Before returning any item, please reach out to our customer service team with your order number, the SKU or product name, and your reason for the return. Our team will respond to your inquiry within 24 business hours.
  2. Send Your Return After receiving the return address from us, ship the item(s) back and provide us with proof of return, such as the tracking number and a copy of your shipping receipt.
  3. Refund or Exchange Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you by email and promptly process your refund or exchange according to your request.
Important Notice
  1. Please do not send your return to the sender’s address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address that our customer service provide to you.
  2. Please make sure you don’t include non-BanShan items in your return package by accident. We will not be responsible for sending those items back to you.
  3. We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
Refund Policy
  1. -Any misprinted / damaged / defective items caused by our production or transportation are covered at our expense and you will get a full refund.And We will reimburse the return shipping cost
  2. -Your order will be fully refunded if it is cancelled before shipping.
  3. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.
  4. -If parcels lost in transit, we will cover your loss by issuing a full refund
  5. -If you provide an address that the courier is not able to recognize, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address (if and as applicable).
  6. -If you provide a wrong address when you place an order and do not contact us to change the address, you will be responsible for all the loss.
  7. -Items returned with obvious use, makeup, animal hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains may be subject to denial and will not get a refund.
  8. Please note that processing of refunds can take up to 7 business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

We deeply appreciate every customer and are committed to ensuring your order reaches you quickly and safely. Payment Confirmation
Once your order is successfully authorized and verified, you will receive a confirmation email from us. This email will contain all the details of your purchase for your reference.
Processing
We strive to process all orders within 1-3 business days, regardless of where you are located. Please note that weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days, so processing time may be longer during these periods.
Shipping
Once your order is processed, it usually takes 7-14 business days to arrive at your address, regardless of the country you are in. Once the package is shipped, we will immediately send you an email with a tracking number so that you can track the delivery of your package. Shipping Fees:
  • For orders under $79, there is a flat shipping fee of $5.99.
  • Orders of $79 and above are free shipping.
Please note: The total delivery time includes both processing time and delivery time. For example, if you order a coat, it takes 1-2 business days to process and 7-14 business days to ship, so your order can be delivered in 8-16 business days.
Delivery
Our system automatically selects the most appropriate logistics provider based on factors such as your sales platform, product size and weight. If your delivery address includes a “PO Box”, the system will check whether the delivery method you selected can deliver to that address. If it cannot be delivered, your order will be marked and our customer service team will contact you to update your address or assist you in canceling the order as needed.

Track Order Status

You can track the status of your order independently. Once your package has left our warehouse, we will send you a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to be updated after receiving the email.
