Refund Amount Calculation
- Returns due to our responsibility or logistics issues → Full refund of product price + original shipping fee.
- Returns due to customer’s personal reasons → Refund of product price only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
