1. Exchange Period
- All exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of receipt.
- Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.
2. Exchange Conditions
We only accept exchanges for items that are in brand-new condition, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
A product is considered brand new if it meets all of the following conditions:
- The item has not been used, opened, or washed.
- The original packaging, labels, and accessories are complete and undamaged.
- The product shows no signs of wear, stains, or alteration.
- The item remains in a resalable condition, free from any odors or marks.
Both tea products and teaware must meet these standards to qualify for an exchange.
3. Exchange Policy

As long as the item meets the “new condition” described above (whether tea or teaware), an exchange can be requested.
