Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: We typically process orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 7–14 business days after shipping, depending on your location and customs clearance.


Q: How is the tea packaged and shipped?
A: All teas are packed in food-grade sealed pouches to preserve freshness and quality. We use sturdy boxes for shipping and comply with customs regulations for tea products.


Q: Will the tea stay fresh during shipping?
A: Yes. Our airtight packaging helps preserve the aroma and flavor of the tea, ensuring it remains fresh even during long-distance international shipping.


Q: Can I return my item?
A: Yes. We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, unopened, in their original condition, and include all tags and packaging.

  • If the issue is due to a quality problem (such as receiving the wrong item or damage during transit), we will cover the return shipping cost and offer a replacement or full refund.
  • If the return is due to personal reasons, the return shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility. Tea products that have been opened or used cannot be returned.

Q: Will I receive a tracking number?
A: Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery status.


Q: How long does it take to receive a refund?

Q: How should I store my tea after receiving it?
A: To maintain freshness, store your tea in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and strong odors. Keep it sealed in the original packaging or transfer it to a clean airtight container.


Q: Do you also sell tea ware?
A: Yes. In addition to tea, we also offer a selection of simple and functional tea ware to help customers enjoy the brewing and tasting experience. You can browse available options on our website.


Q: What if my package is lost during shipping?
A: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. Once verified, we will either issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.
