Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We currently accept PayPal only. All transactions are securely processed through PayPal’s encrypted system to ensure the safety of your payment information.

Q: What currency do you accept? Are taxes included?
A: All product prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD), and prices are inclusive of U.S. sales tax. You only need to pay the product price and shipping fee at checkout, with no additional charges.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes. If your order has not yet been shipped, you may request cancellation and receive a full refund. Once the order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may request a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Please submit your cancellation request via our Contact Us page or email us at [email protected].

Q: Can I modify my order after placing it?
A: If you need to modify your order (such as changing items or shipping details), please contact our customer service immediately at [email protected]. Orders cannot be modified once they have been shipped.


Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: We typically process orders within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 7–14 business days, depending on your location and customs clearance time.

Q: Which carriers do you use for shipping?
A: International shipments are handled by DHL and FedEx, and final delivery within the United States is completed by USPS.

Q: How much is the shipping fee?
A: Orders over $120 qualify for free shipping. Orders under $120 are charged a flat shipping fee of $14.99.

Q: Are duties and taxes included?
A: Yes. We use the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping method. All U.S.-bound orders already include import duties and taxes, so no additional fees will be charged upon delivery.

Q: Will I receive a tracking number?
A: Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can monitor the delivery status.

Q: What if my package is lost during shipping?
A: If your package is lost during transit, please contact us immediately. After verification, we will either provide a full refund or reship the order at no cost.

Q: Will the tea stay fresh during shipping?
A: Yes. All tea products are packaged in food-grade sealed bags to maintain freshness, and shipped in durable cartons to ensure quality during international transport.


Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Tea products: For food safety reasons, opened tea products are not eligible for returns or refunds.
  • Tea ware: Tea ware may be returned if unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Please always contact us first via our Contact Us page or email [email protected] to obtain the correct return address. Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.

Q: Who pays for the return shipping?
A:

  • If the return is due to our responsibility (wrong item, shipping damage, or quality issues), we will cover the return shipping cost and issue a full refund.
  • If the return is due to personal reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and only the product price will be refunded.

Q: How long do refunds take?
A: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The actual time it takes to appear in your account depends on PayPal’s processing. If you do not see the refund after 7 business days, please contact your bank or payment provider first, then reach out to us for assistance.

Q: Can I exchange a product?
A: Yes.

  • Tea products: Unopened tea can be exchanged if the wrong item was sent or if it was damaged during shipping. Opened tea products cannot be exchanged.
  • Tea ware: Unused, undamaged tea ware in original packaging is eligible for exchange.

Once the returned item is inspected, we will ship the replacement within 7 business days. If the replacement item is more expensive, you will need to pay the price difference. If it is less expensive, we will refund the difference within 7 business days.


Products & Storage

Q: How should I store tea after receiving it?
A: To maintain freshness, store tea in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and strong odors. Keep it sealed in its original packaging or transfer it into a clean airtight container.

Q: Do you also sell tea ware?
A: Yes. In addition to white tea, we also offer a selection of simple and functional tea ware to help customers enjoy the brewing and tasting experience.
